Immigration in a Shrinking World

Coming to terms with the massive movement of people across national borders presents many opportunities and problems for the global community. To better America’s immigration “opportunity” and “problem” requires an understanding of the reasons why people wish to immigrate to other countries, especially America. This panel will focus on the economic, political, social and health related benefits and consequences of immigration in an increasingly borderless world.
