Since the United States is one of the most diverse societies in the world, it is essential that American businesses empower themselves to serve customers from an array of backgrounds. This panel will discuss how businesses can expand their customer bases by building a workforce that is equipped to understand and interact with customers from many diverse American communities and around the world.
