Mike Osredker
Mike Osredker is the founder and managing partner of The Fioras Group LLC, which works with growing companies to optimize financial performance when launching new products through market analysis, business strategy development and distribution analysis. The group also works with executive management and investors (private equity, hedge funds, investment banks) of technology and telecom companies to deliver risk management through due diligence and operational analysis and oversight. Osredker’s experience includes senior leadership for joint ventures in China, Brazil, Israel and Canada, and business development work in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and South America.
Prior to creating The Fioras Group, Osredker held a number of executive positions in the telecom industry in the United States, where he led operational oversight and strategic planning for several international joint ventures. In his role as Sprint’s vice president for international marketing, Osredker was selected by the shareholders of a Brazilian telecom company to become chief marketing officer for the enterprise. He led the team responsible for double-digit market share growth in his first year with the company.
A native of Springfield, Osredker received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and an MBA degree with distinction from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently living in Leawood, Kansas, Mike and his wife, Theresa, have two sons, Andrew and John.
