Joe Armstrong is chief financial officer (CFO) for iSuppli, the leading international company of market intelligence for the electronic Industry. iSuppli’s customer list consists of the “who’s who” of the top electronic, automotive, financial, marketing and consulting companies throughout the world. iSuppli’s investors include Goldman Sachs, CMEA and NeoCarta.

Armstrong is responsible for the finance, legal and IT departments and is also the key officer who heads the corporation’s strategic planning, including mergers and acquisitions. In 2008 and 2009, iSuppli acquired five major firms in order to broaden and strengthen its product span of market intelligence data in the technology, media and telecommunications industry. Prior to iSuppli, Armstrong served 25 years in technology related industries and served as CFO for three publicly held companies. Armstrong serves on the advisory board for Utah State University’s School of Business.
