How do I nominate someone?
- Complete the online nomination form.
- Include a copy of the nominee’s resume. If resume is not available, a biographical summary is required at the time of submission.
- Include supporting documentation of examples of distinctive accomplishments. Supporting documentation may include letters of nomination providing evidence of demonstrated leadership and contribution to public affairs and civic engagement and any involvement and/or development of events, activities or programs. Letters may elaborate and/or include personal experiences and/or knowledge of the nominee’s activities or accomplishments in social/public service.
- Letters of support are encouraged but not required.
