Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness Walk

Sponsored by CoxHealth, the Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness Walk is open to the public.  Festivities will begin at Jordan Valley Park at 6:00 pm with exhibits, give-aways and an appearance by Marie Pearl who appeared on NBC's The Biggest Loser.  Participants will walk from the park to JQH Arena on the MSU campus where they will enjoy reserved seats to hear conference keynote speaker Jillian Michaels.
