Jessica Pearson is senior project manager at Green Circle Projects, LLC, a property management company in Springfield, Missouri, that exists at the intersection of social enterprise, sustainable design and commercial real estate.
Current projects under Pearson's management include: Quarry Town, a mixed-use redevelopment project in the historic Galloway neighborhood; Red Barn, a progressive "agrihood" rental housing development; and Crystal Flats, a high-density housing development with light mixed-use centered around a multi-story vertical hydroponic greenhouse. She is also coordinating efforts to form a Galloway Community Improvement District to fund community infrastructure improvements that will revitalize and enhance the Lone Pine Corridor.
Pearson is a graduate of Drury University, where she majored in advertising and public relations, and minored in business administration and global studies. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Botanical Gardens.
