Stoicism and the idea of cosmopolitanism

12:00 - 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2018
PSU Theater

Stoicism is an ancient Greco-Roman philosophy that has been making a comeback as a Western counterpart to Buddhism. There are many good reasons to embrace Stoicism as a personal philosophy of life, beginning with its emphasis on living an ethical existence.
