As the small not-for-profit film leader, Cay provides strategic vision, planning resources, and accountability for staff, interns, board members, and volunteers. Previously, she worked as the News Director at Earl’s Family Broadcasting in Branson, Missouri, creating content for television, radio, and the web. She has extensive experience in multimedia story-telling. Cay is one of the original student members of Carbon Trace, dating back to 2014. She has worked on every documentary project since as a student, professional volunteer, and now professional staff. Her mission at Carbon Trace is to create compelling stories that make folks want to do good in the world. "
