Project Reboot
Dino Ambrosi is a social entrepreneur on a mission to help people build healthy relationships with technology. After years of struggling with his own unhealthy tech use, he created a course at UC Berkeley that helped over 100 students reduce their screen time by an average of 3.5 hours per day. Upon graduating in 2022, he launched Project Reboot in an effort to spread his message to a broader audience. He has since spoken to over 30,000 students and parents around the world, released a TEDx talk titled “The Battle for Your Time,” which has been viewed over 2 million times, and created an online tech addiction support group with members on six continents. In conjunction with UC Berkeley professors, Dr. Sahar Yousef and Lucas Miller, Dino continues his research and education on technology habits and addiction to keep Project Reboot on the cutting edge and help people develop healthy, intentional relationships with their technology.
