As Director of Instructional Support at Ozarks Technical Community College, Philip Arnold provides leadership in the areas of course design, LMS administration, faculty training, and technical support. Additional responsibilities include research, promotion, and application of emerging educational technologies. His goal for the department is to provide the highest level of service and support to our faculty, students, and staff and to innovate online learning environments to promote student success. Specialties include Generative Artificial Intelligence, online course development and delivery, training, learning management system support, educational technology deployment, and multimedia services.
