Marilyn Cooper

Marilyn Cooper is a Washington-based author and journalist.  She currently serves as the associate editor for Liberal Education, the magazine of the American Association of Colleges and Universities.  She is also a contributing writer for the Jewish Book Council and for Moment Magazine, where she previously served as the culture editor and as a senior editor. Cooper has edited and co-edited a number of books including the biography, Elie Wiesel: An Extraordinary Life and Legacy. She formerly worked at NASA as a public historian and communications editor, while there she authored the book Exploration Systems: A Living History.
