Draw Good Movement

Terryn Drieling is a Nebraska rancher, writer, and Rural Relationship Guide who lives and works in the Sandhills with her husband and their three kids. She’s known for her signature phrase, “good movement draws good movement,” which she first learned through stockmanship and now uses to guide folks through emotional and relational growth.

Terryn’s work sits at the intersection of rural life, emotional wellness, and connection. After years of showing up online as Faith Family and Beef, she’s stepped into a bolder mission: disrupting the status quo around mental and emotional health in rural America. Through her podcast, 1:1 guidance, and group programs, she helps farmers, ranchers, and rural folks reconnect with themselves and the people they love - through self-awareness, communication, and the slow, steady work of turning survival into connection and healing.
