Sometimes being healthy feels like a Herculean task requiring superhero strength.  However, resilience can be within the grasp for each of us by being active, eating healthy, taking care of our mental health, and maintaining healthy social relationships.  Specifically, a healthy, active lifestyle is not a superhero effort, but it does take intentional effort.  How can sports, recreation, leisure, and nutrition be utilized and easily implemented to help create a more intentional lifestyle?  In what ways can societal norms of inactivity and unhealthy choices be overcome?  What are the best ways to manage our mental and emotional resilience while developing healthy relationships with ourselves and others?
