Field of Memories Exhibit

April 26-27, 2023

All day
PSU North Mall

Field of Memories is a powerful visual display of numbered flags representing the approximate 1,100 suicides that occur on U.S. college campuses each year.  This exhibit is displayed to bring awareness to this epidemic and share suicide prevention resources.  Addressing the topic of suicidal ideation, concerns and prevention can be a very difficult subject.  It is hoped that this exhibit can be a conversation starter between students, friends and their families.

The purple row of flags acknowledges the stuggles and the extreme risk of death by suicide for student veterans.  Specific veteran resources will be provided.
