André Varona is the chief executive officer of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County. Located in West Palm Beach, Fla., the Hispanic Chamber serves as the gateway to connecting businesses and the community to the Hispanic business community.
Prior to his work at the Hispanic Chamber, Varona served as membership director for the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, where he assisted in increasing the organization’s membership, sponsorship and event revenue and budget.
He is a 2008 graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) for the Southeastern Region, and has served in a membership advisory role for both the American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP).
Varona’s community activity includes serving on the Business Advisory Board of Palm Beach Gardens High School, the Columbia Hospital Community Advisory Board, Adopt-A-Family of Palm Beach County, American Heart Association Leadership Team North County, Palm Beach Gardens Kiwanis (past president) and Norton Museum Art Audience Development Task Force.
Varona and his wife, Kim, live in Jupiter, Fla.
