Toni L. Riccardi is senior vice president of human resources and the chief diversity officer for The Conference Board, a global, independent business membership and research association working in the public interest. She also serves as the subject matter expert for the external diversity content and programs of The Conference Board.
Previously, Riccardi was a principal with the global financial services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was the firm’s first chief diversity officer and held a seat on its 13-member management committee, which is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations in the United States. She was responsible for managing the firm’s national diversity and work-life strategies. Riccardi was also a contributing author to the book Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of Leadership.
Riccardi sits on the boards of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), Women of ALPFA, Life Through Dance and the advisory board for the College of Arts and Letters at Missouri State University. Previously, Riccardi was a member of the boards of the Goodman Theatre, the Johnnetta B. Cole Global Diversity & Inclusion Institute at Bennett College, The Simmons College Corporation and the Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education.
She earned a BS in art from Missouri State University and an MBA from Simmons College.
