Paul Thomlinson is a licensed psychologist with specialties in organizational, clinical and experimental psychology, and is the vice president—research and quality assurance for Burrell Behavioral Health.
He obtained bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from Southwest Baptist University, and went on to earn an MA degree in general/experimental psychology, and the PhD in industrial/organizational psychology, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. Thomlinson has served on the faculties of several universities and graduate schools, including Webster University, Southwest Baptist University, Forest Institute, Union Institute and Missouri State University, and is a regular contributor to the professional psychological literature, covering a wide array of topics. He is responsible for review of suicide attempts and completions as part of his role at Burrell Behavior Health, a community behavioral healthcare organization.
