Director of Nursing, CoxHealth
Mary has worked in the nursing profession for forty-one years. Her career has taken her into numerous clinical settings, ranging from outpatient and primary care to inpatient psychiatry and nursing administration. She currently serves as director of nursing for a multi-specialty clinic with more than 100 physicians. Mary earned her BSN and MBA degrees from Southwest Baptist University.
Medical mission trips to Central and South America are among Mary’s career highlights. Tending people with minimal access to even basic levels of health care has been enlightening. She counts herself blessed by these opportunities to learn how other cultures and spiritual beliefs shape the concept of health.
