Russell E. Fail is a professor of humanities at Kaplan University. He is the course lead for Kaplan’s primary ethics course and chair of the General Education Literacy Committee for Ethics. He is also the faculty advisor for the Kaplan University chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
He has presented at numerous conferences in the field of ethics and business. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration at Kennesaw State University, his Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Philosophy in organization and management from Capella University researching in the field of business ethics.
Fail lives in Woodstock, Georgia, with his wife of 22 year, Angel, and their two children.
