Jessica Pearson is Marketing Director and Project Manager at Green Circle Projects, LLC, a property management company that exists at the intersection of social enterprise, sustainable design, and commercial real estate. She works closely with project stakeholders to develop authentic and meaningful projects. Current projects under Jessica's management include Quarry Town - a mixed-use redevelopment project in the historic Galloway neighborhood, Red Barn - a progressive "agrihood" rental housing development, and Crystal Flats - a high-density housing development with light mixed-use centered around a multi-story vertical hydroponic greenhouse. Jessica is also coordinating efforts to form a Galloway Community Improvement District to fund community infrastructure improvements which will revitalize and enhance the Lone Pine Corridor.
Jessica is a graduate of Drury University, where she majored in Advertising and Public Relations and minored in Business Administration and Global Studies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Botanical Gardens.
