Ross Cully is co-founder and chief executive officer of The Harvest Group, a leading omni-channel growth agency that serves consumer packaged goods companies. The company is headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas, and has offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Tunisia, North Africa. Cully began his career with Procter & Gamble in a variety of category management and sales positions before becoming an entrepreneur.
Cully and his family live in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is active in Christ Community Church in Fayetteville and has served in leadership positions on the boards of several nonprofits near to his heart. When he’s not leading Harvest, Cully enjoys learning about faith, business as transformation, leadership and culture. He also enjoys camping, hiking, fly fishing and basketball. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a BSBA in management.
