Fashion Designer and Educator
Becoming
Edmund Green Langdell (they/them) is a fashion designer and educator whose work focuses on promoting human and environmental wellbeing. They founded Becoming, a transgender health and wellness community that includes a workshop on how to support trans students, eco-friendly handcrafted packers, and more. For the past two years, they worked for Play Out Apparel, a gender equal fashion company as a design and marketing associate. They earned a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design, where they worked as a Peer Health Advocate for four years, and founded Gender Venting, a group for transgender students. They also taught gardening in youth detention centers in New York City from 2020 to 2021.
