Ashley Krug serves as the City of Springfield Missouri’s Market Development & Sustainability Coordinator and is responsible for integrating strategies towards waste reduction and diversion at the landfill, community outreach, and sustainability programming and operations to advance a more sustainable future for the City of Springfield and its residents.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Drury University and her Masters in City Planning from Boston University. Ashley lives in Springfield MO with her husband, tiny toddler tornado and 2 dogs and enjoys thrifting, gardening and generally being otherwise "indoorsy."
