Inara Scott is the Gomo Family Professor and Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning Excellence in the College of Business at Oregon State University (OSU). Inara’s primary teaching and research areas at Oregon State University include sustainable business, business law, and environmental law and regulation. Her research has appeared in numerous premier outlets, including the American Business Law Journal, Harvard Environmental Law Review, and the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. She is the Managing Editor of the American Business Law Journal. In her role as Associate Dean, she provides training, coaching, and support for teaching faculty in the College of Business.
Prior to arriving at OSU, Inara practiced law for almost a decade, both in private practice and as corporate counsel. Inara received a J.D. summa cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School (2000) and A.B. summa cum laude from Duke University (1994).
