Kasey Harlin (she/her/hers) is the director and founder of Preferred Family Healthcare's Achieving Resiliency, Responsibility & Recovery Through Creativity (A.R.T.C.) program. Through A.R.T.C.,she strives to provide a wide range of creative opportunities and experiences which allow program participants, young and old to use their talents, strengths and interests as tools for personal growth and recovery. With a Master’s Degree in Counseling and certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP-D), and a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Kasey has 30 years of direct clinical and curriculum/program development experience in the behavioral healthcare field.
Although the majority of her direct clinical experience has been with youth, she is passionate about providing engaging, effective, client driven strength and interest based creative recovery service options for individuals of all ages. Kasey lives in O'fallon, MO with her wife, three children and three dogs.
