Conference Information

The Public Affairs Conference will be held Sept. 24-26, 2024. All events are free and open to the public. No registration is necessary to attend.

LIVE VIRTUAL EVENTS

Live virtual sessions are presented via Zoom webinar. Zoom links for individual panel sessions can be accessed from the conference's Schedule page. Zoom links will be available online one month prior to the conference.

Closed captioning is provided for all virtual events.  

Virtual panel sessions will be recorded for viewing up to three weeks after the conference for Missouri State University students and employees. Recordings can be accessed within one to two days post conferene on the Schedule page.  

IN-PERSON EVENTS

Several conference events are in-person only. In-person events will not be recorded or broadcasted virtually. Seating is available on a first-come basis. No registration or tickets are required for entry. 

ON-CAMPUS PARKING

Free on-campus parking is available in Bear Park North parking garage for in-person speaker events. No permit is required to park in Bear Park North during conference events. For more information and directions, contact 417-836-4825 or Parking@MissouriState.edu.
