Diane Ries, MEd is a leadership and transformation specialist with 15+ years of experience driving organizational change across both enterprise and government sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Breakthrough Leadership for the State of Missouri, where she leads a culture-building program that helps new public sector employees grow in confidence, connection, and purpose.
A certified Birkman Consultant and DISC Analyst, Diane blends data-driven insights with a people-first approach to leadership development. Her background spans instructional design, executive coaching, system integration, and performance consulting.
Before joining the state, Diane held senior roles in the private sector, including AVP Senior Instructional Developer at Bank OZK, where she led end-to-end training systems and collaborated across departments to meet evolving business needs. Her specialties include change management, content strategy, facilitation, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership.
