Dr. Haiying Yang is an Assistant Professor of Global Supply Chain Management at Rider University. Her research focuses on sustainable operations management, supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, and e-commerce, with interests in online platforms, live-streaming commerce, social media networks, and trust in digital business environments.
She earned her Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and also holds master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Operations & Production Management, and has presented at major conferences including INFORMS, POMS, DSI, and MSOM.
