Dr. Angela Snyder has led child policy efforts at the Georgia Health Policy Center for nine years. Her research interests are in program and policy evaluation, as well as the organization and financing of public health systems. She directs the research efforts of the Center of Excellence in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health and works on several projects evaluating Georgia’s Children’s Health Insurance and Medicaid programs. Snyder received her PhD in health policy from Yale University and her MPH in health systems management from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Dr. Snyder worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for nine years.
