Chris Dudding is an environmental enforcement attorney and has been with the EPA’s regional office in Lenexa, KS for over twelve years. Through negotiating settlements in numerous enforcement matters involving pesticides, toxic and hazardous wastes, and drinking water contamination, he has worked with violators to mitigate the environmental impacts of their violations through remediation and compliance assistance.
As time permits, Dudding enjoys renovating his 90-year-old house and engaging in various outdoor activities including canoeing on the Buffalo National River and backcountry hiking. He lives with his wife and infant son in Kansas City, MO. In addition to his BA in philosophy from Hendrix College in Arkansas, he has a JD from New York University.
