How do we have faith in millennials if they lack a moral compass?

According to the 2014 Edelman Trust Barometer, only one in four respondents trust business leaders to correct issues, and even fewer – one in five – to tell the truth and make ethical and moral decisions. A 2012 survey by the American Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountants concludes that 54% of resumes contain false information. A very large majority of 90 million millennials admit to cheating in school, lying on social media and that they do not strongly embrace religion. How may businesses address the declining ethics among millennials in the workplace?
