The lens of equity and equality
The relationship between inclusion of diverse groups and a healthy community can be a tenuous link. How do we define inclusiveness in a way that helps build a healthy community? Who are those in need of inclusion? Who are considered "not included"? How are healthy communities developed through the lens of equity? How may genuine dialogue about the importance of inclusion occur in a healthy, yet diverse community?
