Tracy Mitchell has been a registered nurse for 25 years. Her clinical background includes adult and pediatric critical care, and interventional radiology. Mitchell has spent the last 11 years specializing in quality management, patient safety and performance improvement, and is a certified professional in health care quality. She completed her Master of Science in Health Sciences with an emphasis in health care quality at The George Washington University, Washington, DC. She is currently the system administrative director of population health at CoxHealth.
