Keith Bachman has worked at Springfield-Greene County 9-1-1 since 2014. He became a communications training officer in June 2016. He is a member of the Springfield-Greene County Critical Incident Stress Team, as well as the Missouri Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce.
Bachman received his bachelor's degree in political science from Missouri State University in 2009 and his master's degree in global studies in 2012.
