At a time when many of us communicate across almost any distance and interact with people we never would have if not for technology, we find ourselves sometimes lonely and disconnected. Gaming and music collaboration apps allow us to play online games and make music with friends, family and even strangers from the comfort of our own personal spaces. But, what is the value of gathering and engaging one another face-to-face to play a board game, make some music, discuss current affairs, etc.? What challenges and opportunities are there in the current technological age for human connection and meaningful living?
