Always available: Customer care via digital media
Companies and organizations now have the ability to interact 24/7 with customers using digital technologies including email, social media and artificial intelligence-assisted telephone calls known as robocalls. In what ways might these and other technologies aid companies and organizations in helping provide enhanced service to their customers? How has this advancement affected politics, not-for-profit organizations and commercial businesses? What is your response to organizations using your information to assist in your daily activities from finding the best route home, to directions to the best Mexican restaurant or finding a date for tonight? At what point will we become too reliant on our apps?
