John Zeswitz has held senior posts in nonprofit leadership for 27 years, having served in higher education, church and consulting. Currently, he is the executive vice president for Lancaster Bible College\Capital Seminary and Graduate School, the second largest accredited independent Bible college with five locations in four states. Zeswitz previously served as executive director of ministries for Lives Changed By Christ Church in Manheim, Pennsylvania — now the 13th largest church in the U.S. per Outreach magazine’s rankings in 2018.
In addition, Zeswitz has served as a consultant in the private sector with expertise in brand development, organizational development and crisis communication strategy. He is a graduate of Millersville University (Millersville, Pennsylvania) and received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from New Hope College (Eugene, Oregon) in 2018.
