In our fast-paced and often stressful society, resilience is essential to navigate life with confidence and adaptability. Implementing and using actionable and research-based tools can help to cultivate and enhance physical, emotional, and mental health in order to respond effectively to everyday life events and also challenging situations. Most of us want to improve our personal resilience and/or support others in their resilience journey. To achieve this aim, how can adaptability and a positive mindset be promoted for challenging situations? What strategies can be implemented to maintain mental and emotional well-being?  What role do self-compassion and self-care play in building resilience?
