Victoria Shiroma Wilson, EdD, PCC, is a trusted advisor and facilitator for global leaders looking to leverage the strengths of their unique cultural identity in their professional life. With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership development, Victoria empowers leaders to successfully navigate the challenges they face around people, programs, and processes. Victoria empowers her clients to think boldly and holistically about their future by shifting from an achievement-limited mindset to a fulfillment mindset by examining cultural contributors, envisioning the legacy they want to leave in the world, and designing an actionable strategy for transformation.
Victoria also serves on the faculty at Duke University, where she applies her expertise to developing and delivering coursework for future leaders. She helps graduate business students understand how social systems influence decision-making, shape individual and organizational identity, and affect their ability to pursue their missions. Victoria’s doctoral training focused on global organizational innovation and change through the University of Southern California. She is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
