Kripa Sreepada's professional experiences include work as an administrator intern at Friendship Village Sunset Hills in Sunset Hills, Missouri and as an associate administrator at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Connecticut. Her full-time work experience has been in continuing care retirement communities, and she has completed part-time volunteer work as a volunteer ombudsman and as a member of the Public Policy Committee of the Alzheimer’s Association chapters in St. Louis, Missouri and Connecticut. In addition, Sreepada completed an independent research project entitled, “Improving Transitions for Residents with Alzheimer’s Disease,” which she presented during the 2014 American College of Health Care Administrators Convocation, and which she is currently preparing for publication. Sreepada is also a licensed nursing home administrator for the state of Connecticut and is an MHA candidate in the Sloan Masters in Health Administration Program at Cornell University.
Sreepada graduated with a bachelor's honors degree in public health and a minor in healthcare ethics from Saint Louis University.
