Eddie De Leon

Fr. Eddie De Leon currently serves as a non-government organization (NGO) representative at the United Nations representing the Claretian Missionaries world-wide. 

He served for 13 years as the director of Catholic Campus Ministry on the Missouri State University campus.  In 2004, Father De Leon was elected provincial of his religious order, the Claretian Missionaries and served for seven years in leadership. His responsibilities were primarily in the Midwest and the East Coast but included an international role as well. Afterward, he accepted the position of assistant chaplain at Yale University. During this time, he developed a multicultural outreach program for all students on campus, providing religious programs in French, Spanish and English. He holds a doctoral degree from Aquinas Institute in St. Louis, MO as well as professional studies from Northwestern University in non-profit management.
