Mental well-being is not solely an individual endeavor but is deeply influenced by the communities in which individuals are embedded. The intersection of the group and the self in mental health is a complex and multifaceted relationship that significantly influences the well-being of individuals and the overall health of communities. How can communities actively foster environments that promote mental well-being and support individuals facing mental health challenges? What innovative community-based initiatives or programs have effectively decreased the stigma surrounding mental health and promoted individuals seeking support? How can community engagement and collaboration be leveraged to address systemic barriers to mental health care access and improve overall community well-being?
