For 28 years, Head Softball Coach Holly Hesse has been living and promoting the public affairs mission on and off the field.  Her passion and life’s work has been developing winners in the classroom, on the field, in the community and most importantly, in life.  She instills in her players and other coaches across the country, that winning is not a result of being served by others, but by serving others.  She challenges her athletes to learn and think beyond boundaries -- emphasizing the power of cultural competence and community engagement to break barriers and create limitless opportunities.
