Public Affairs Talks! Breaking Barriers to Good Mental Health
Everyone experiences stressors from school, work and simply life in general. But it is good practice to have safe and effective ways to deal with those stressors.
This in-person event will discuss a variety of current issues that can affect one's good mental health such as stigma, social media and the pandemic. Signs to watch for in yourself, friends and/or family will be addressed plus ways to help break some of the barriers that may hinder us from feeling our best!
Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to attend!
