Witness as those in the Western District of Missouri take their Oath of Allegiance and thereby complete the process of becoming a U.S. citizen. There will be a variety of speakers along with Missouri State University's vocal talent performing the National Anthem and America the Beautiful.

Naturalization Oath Ceremony Location: The Robert W. Plaster Student Union (PSU). The actual oath ceremony will be located the PSU Theater on the 2nd floor.
Naturalization Oath Ceremony Time: The ceremony will begin at 11:30 AM and conclude at approximately 12:30 PM.
Applicant's Check In Room with USCIS. Plaster Student Union, room 313.
Applicant's must report to room 313 on the 3rd floor at the time indicated on their letter from the USCIS.
Applicant Family/Guest Hospitality & Waiting Room: PSU Ballroom West located on the 3rd floor.
Family and friends of the citizen applicants are welcome to gather and enjoy coffee, tea, juice and danish while waiting waiting for the formal ceremony to begin.
New Citizen Reception: PSU Ballroom West located on the 3rd floor.
Immediately following the ceremony, a reception with cake and punch will be provided for new citizens and their guests in PSU Ballroom West. New citizens will have the opportunity to register to vote, speak with Social Security Administration representatives, register for a Passport plus other information. These services depend on availability and will be confirmed closer to date.
Parking for the Naturalization Ceremony

Ceremony Free Parking: Applicants and their family and friends attend the ceremony on the Missouri State University (MSU) campus, must park in Lot #28 located at the corner of John Q. Hammons Parkway and Harrison St. This parking lot is free of charge and accessible off Harrison St. or Cherry St. and is located across the street from the First & Calvary Church on the MSU campus. A good google map address for the parking area is 820 East Cherry.
Ceremony Free Shuttle Service: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
A free designated shuttle will run continuously between the parking Lot #28 to the ceremony location at the Robert W. Plaster Student Union. Volunteers will be stationed at the parking lot to assist you. Shuttles are fully accessible for those with impaired mobility.

Naturalization Ceremony at Missouri State University
